Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order's status progresses beyond "Passed" (meaning it has been marked as "Printed" or "Shipped"), modifications or cancellations are no longer feasible. The order will proceed to be printed as initially placed.

Please note that once the order reaches the "In Production" (after "Passed" but before "Printed") status, you can still cancel, but you will only receive a refund for the shipping cost.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are produced and shipped through our global fulfilment network - Including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia - to ensure efficient delivery and consistent quality.

This also allows for International Shipping.

When will I get my order?

Delivery is expected between 7-15 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Are customs or import fees included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality is a top priority at Ron Pierre. Each item is crafted using premium materials and printed using modern, high-detail techniques to ensure durability, comfort, and long-lasting color.

Do you accept returns?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Note that credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’re committed to making it right.
